Prime Day is just around the corner after facing a lengthy delay due to the pandemic. This year’s Prime Day is set to launch on Oct. 13 and will run through Oct. 14. Amazon’s decision to host Prime Day in October has certainly set the retail world on fire, with several other major retailers looking to take advantage of the pre-holiday sales with events of their own.
Amazon has launched some early deals leading up to Prime Day. It is likely that the best Prime Day deals will take place on Prime Day, but these are our favorite Pre-Prime Day savings:
Two Echo Dots — $39.98 (sold out)
Amazon’s newest Echo Dots were announced on Sept. 24 and they are set to arrive in late October. For Pre-Prime Day sales, Amazon is offering two of the previous models for only $40. Considering the new Echo Dot will set you back $50 or $60, depending on which model you purchase, this deal is fantastic for anyone looking to score cheap Echo Dots.
Echo Show 5 — $45 ($40 off)
Amazon is all set to roll out their newest Echo Show and as a result, they’re dropping the older Echo Show 5 down to just $45. This is a great deal for anyone looking to add some video and music to any room in their house.
Echo Auto — $19.99 ($20 off)
Last year, Amazon rolled out a new way to add Alexa to any car via the Echo Auto. The device sits in your car and listens for commands. It was a reasonable hit and is now being offered for only $19.99 and includes six months of Amazon Music Unlimited.
Blink Mini Camera — $24.99
The Blink Mini, a 1080p plug-in security camera that operates with motion detectors and night vision, was dropped down to just $24.99. The Blink Mini is a great alternative to the WYZE cameras and functions with Alexa and the Echo Show line.
Toshiba 32-inch Smart HD Fire TV Edition TV — $119.99
It wouldn’t be Prime Day without discounts on TVs and this Smart Toshiba is a solid deal at $120. The larger 43-inch model was also included in the Pre-Prime Day sales, but that size has already sold out. The Toshiba has Fire TV built in and includes Live TV, meaning you’ll have access to thousands of different shows and movies to view.
